Fixed-price services show the price before you book — the expert cannot change it. For anything that needs a look first, you pay a visit charge — a set minimum, or a per-kilometre charge from the expert to your address if he comes from further away — and the expert quotes on the spot; nothing more is done until you approve the quote in the app. Forbik’s booking fee — 5% of the job price (at least Rs 50) — is shown before you book.

Every expert has his national identity card (CNIC) and details checked by Forbik before he can take a single job. Ratings come only from customers who actually booked him through Forbik, and an expert who does not keep the standard can be taken off the platform.

Pay the expert in cash when the job is done, or pay from your Forbik wallet (top it up with JazzCash, Easypaisa or a bank transfer) and the expert is paid through Forbik. The app shows the total, so there is nothing to argue about at the door. If your wallet covers it, the booking fee comes out of it when you book.

The expert adds it in the app with a price. You approve or decline it before he starts on it — nothing extra is ever added to your bill without your say-so.

Report it from the booking in the app. A real person at Forbik looks at every report, hears both sides and works out a fair fix with you. Until a report is settled, the job is not closed.
